Well, boys and girls, I’ve finally taken the plunge. Ratlands is now running on its own site. I’m not promising anything “new and improved” but I got tired of the restrictions of running a blog on an ISP-provided site. Fahim Farook got me through 3 years of blogging with his excellent Blog application and I do appreciate the help he and the member of the user’s forum gave me. There are quite a few bits and pieces I’m not familiar with when using WordPress. I expect it will take a while to get the whole thing migrated over here. In the interim, the “legacy” Ratlands is still available here.
